Fatal Attraction (play)

Fatal Attraction is a 2014 play adapted from his original screenplay by James Dearden. It is based on the 1987 film of the same name, and it opened in London's West End at the Theatre Royal Haymarket on March 25, 2014, following previews from March 8 of that same year.[1]

Production history[]

The production is directed by Sir Trevor Nunn[2] and produced by Robert Fox and Patrick Ryecart. It was officially confirmed on September 19, 2013,[3] with tickets going on sale the following day.[4] The play began previews on March 8, 2014,[5] before making its world premiere at the Theatre Royal Haymarket,[6] on March 25 of that same year,[7]for a fifteen-week run[8] booking until 21 June 2014.[9] Rehearsals for the show began on January 29,[10] with title casting including Mark Bazeley as Dan Gallagher, Kristin Davis as Beth Gallagher and Natascha McElhone playing Alex Forrest respectively.

By Feb 14, 2022, Louise Redknapp joined as the Beth Gallagher alongside Susie Amy as Alex Forrest and Oliver Farnworth as Dan Gallagher respectively.[11]
